The Sustainable Toner Cartridge Range

Onlinetoner sustainable toner cartridges are disassembled, cleaned, and inspected for wear after being saved from landfill.  Moving components have distinct minimum wear points and form unique relationships with opposing components. If out of specification wear is detected, the component is replaced with a new or refurbished component; importantly, the original components are kept with the same cartridge body throughout the refmanufacture process. To ensure maximum dependability, the cartridge is reassembled and filled with premium, polymer toner. Every cartridge is thoroughly tested to ensure that it meets the specifications of the printer before it leaves the factory.

Typical Low-cost Generic Recycled/Refurbished Toner Cartridges

The disadvantage of low-cost pulverised recycled/refurbished toner cartridges is that during reassembly, the acceptable used components are selected at random when reassembled with a used cartridge body. The possibility of failure or toner leakage during the working life of the recycled generic cartridge is very high due to potential wear tolerance mismatches between the randomly selected parts.
